Our aim is to make La Galera Port Cambrils the meeting place; a place to meet business clients or get together with friends in pleasant surroundings. Or why not bring the whole family? Jordi Colom is a chef by vocation, a lover of gastronomy and its ingredients, whose career began at an early age in Salou where he served his apprenticeship in the kitchens of the family restaurant.
Over the last twenty years he has worked in different restaurants specialising in fish and market-fresh cuisine. Now the adventure continues in Cambrils, maintaining the concept of cuisine based on fresh market produce, but with a wider diversity of options. At La Galera Port Cambrils he has begun to create a new proposal, taking as a starting point the Cambrils fish auction.
A new aspiration that allows him to continue to enjoy his profession and to put into practice something only lovers of good cuisine can appreciate, a passion for the best ingredients and the truly authentic.
